Jessica Hernández Sánchez

Jessie Hern, M.S., BCBA, LBA, is a skilled behavioral health professional with extensive experience in various roles related to behavior analysis. Currently serving as a Behavioral Health Specialist at the Commonwealth Center for Children & Adolescents since April 2024, Jessie has held multiple positions including Behavior Analyst at Compass Behavioral Group and Spectrum Transformation Group. Previous roles include working as a Behavior Analyst at Huguenot UMC Preschool and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Evidence Based Classroom Solutions. Jessie also has significant experience as a Behavior Analyst/Consultant at POSITIVE BEHAVIOR CONSULTING, LLC, and at Grafton Integrated Health Network. Jessie began the professional journey in behavioral health as a Social Worker and Direct Support Professional at the Commonwealth Center for Children and Adolescents. Jessie holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Shenandoah University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Eastern Mennonite University.
