Aimee Louw

Aimee Louw has a strong background in talent development and learning and development. Aimee is currently the Director of Talent Development at Komatsu. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Customer Solutions at LAK Group, where they focused on identifying solutions to human capital challenges. Aimee also had roles at Advocate Aurora Health and Aurora Health Care, where they developed strategies for workforce development and implemented learning and development programs. Aimee started their career at Joy Global Inc., where they held various roles in learning and development, including Global Director and Human Resources Development Manager.

Aimee Louw partially completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services at UNISA from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a National Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Institute of People Management from 1999 to 2001. Aimee also holds various certifications in areas such as change management, executive coaching, and facilitation from institutions like Prosci, Gallup, Coach Academy International, DDI | Development Dimensions International, Ken Blanchard, and Human Synergistics.
