Mita Kazuhiko

Mita Kazuhiko has a strong work experience in the Komatsu group. Mita started their career at Komatsu Ltd. in 2008 as a Section Manager of Production Planning and Control, where they worked until 2011. Mita then moved to Komatsu America Corp. and served as the General Manager of CMO from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they returned to Komatsu Ltd. and held various roles, including Deputy General Manager and Manager Planning Section at Osaka Plant, GM of Manufacturing Administration Division at Osaka Plant, Senior Advisor to President and GM of System Development #1 in Information Strategy Division, and finally, Senior Advisor to President and GM of System Development #2 in Strategy Division. Since April 2020, they have been serving as the Vice President of the Information Strategy Division at KOMATSU, Ltd.

Mita Kazuhiko attended Hiroshima University from 1986 to 1990, where they studied mechanical engineering. Mita also briefly attended INSEAD in 2013, participating in the TGM program.
