Jens Bender

Jens Bender is an accomplished professional with a strong background in HRTech and WorkTech, currently serving as the Director of Global Alliances at Kombo since April 2024. As the Founder and Managing Director of WorkTech Advisory, Jens provides strategic support to start-ups and scale-ups in the industry, driven by a passion for empowering entrepreneurs and enhancing product strategies. Jens is also the Initiator of HR Angels Club, which has rapidly grown into a prominent HR-Tech angel investor network in the DACH region. With co-founding roles at PeoplePath, Jens oversees business development and operations while managing a team of over 50 employees and organizing significant industry events like the World Talent Forum. Previous experience includes senior management roles at Haufe Group and consulting positions at Oliver Wyman. Jens holds a Master’s Degree in Business from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and has studied at the University of Gothenburg and HEC Montréal.
