M.sc. Ljupco Farmakoski

M.Sc. Ljupco Farmakoski possesses extensive experience in human resources and public administration, currently serving as Chief Coordinator in the Sector for Human Resources and General Affairs at Komercijalna banka AD Skopje since July 2019, following roles as Independent Coordinator and Coordinator within the same sector since January 2015. Prior to their tenure at the bank, Ljupco worked as a State Counselor at the Ministry of Information Society and Administration from March 2010 to June 2013, where responsibilities included legal research and legislative drafting on civil servants' status and administrative procedures. Their earlier experience includes a significant role as a State Counselor for the Cabinet of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Interior from 1992 to 2010, focusing on public administration laws and e-governance. Ljupco holds multiple certifications in public administration and has pursued advanced education in human resources management, culminating in a Master of Science degree.
