Andrew Maddox

Andrew Maddox has a diverse range of work experience. Andrew is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Komi, a creator hub focused on empowering creators to build stronger relationships with their audiences. Andrew also serves as a Board Advisor for Strategy at Growth Kitchen, an Operations Consultant at Natter, and a Commercial Advisor at LiberEat.

In their previous roles, Andrew was the UK General Manager at Shift, where they managed various functions and was responsible for financial and operational performance. Andrew also worked at Uber, where they served as the Head of London for Uber Eats and oversaw the overall performance of the business in the city. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at State Street, including Strategy Analyst and Professional Development Programme Analyst. Andrew also worked at HSBC and Barclays, where they focused on strategy and planning.

Andrew Maddox completed their education at the following institutions:

- From 2002 to 2006, they attended Dunbar Grammar School, where they completed their Highers and Advanced Highers.

- In 2006, they enrolled at the University of Cambridge for a Bachelor of Arts degree in Natural Sciences with a focus on Theoretical and Experimental Physics. Andrew completed this program in 2009 and was awarded a Master of Arts (MA) degree.

- In 2009, Maddox pursued a Master of Science (MSci) degree in History and Philosophy of Science at the University of Cambridge, which they completed in 2010.

- In 2015, they passed the CFA Level II examination from the CFA Institute, specializing in Finance.

- Currently, Maddox is attending Birkbeck, University of London, working towards a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science, expected to be completed between 2020 and 2023.
