Frida Ur is currently serving as an Aspirant and Foreign Service Trainee at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs since September 2022. Previously, Frida held positions at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in Public Risk from October 2020 to September 2022. Other notable roles include Higher Executive Officer at NAV, Advisor for entrepreneurship at the Youth And Community Development Organisation (YouthCode), and Assistant for corporate partnerships at SOS Children's Villages International. Frida's experience also includes internships at the International Labour Organization and the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the Norwegian Delegation to the United Nations. Frida holds a BA Honours in Politics and International Studies from the University of Cambridge and a MA in Political Science from the University of Vienna, complemented by an exchange semester in Contemporary China Studies at Renmin University of China and an educational background from Xiamen University and Stavanger Katedralskole.
