Helge H. Stokke

Helge H. Stokke currently serves as an Aspirant and Foreign Service Trainee at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, focusing on promoting Norway's international interests. Prior experience includes working as an Adviser at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Beijing, where responsibilities involved enhancing Norway-China relations and promoting trade and cultural cooperation. Stokke also completed a traineeship at the Royal Norwegian Consulate General in Shanghai, prioritizing public diplomacy and efficient visa services. Earlier roles include serving as a museum guide in English and Mandarin at Maihaugen museum and fulfilling compulsory military service in base security with the Norwegian Armed Forces. Stokke holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Peking University.
