Monika Hermanns

Monika Hermanns is an experienced economic officer currently working at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Berlin since October 2017, focusing on establishing relationships with the German government and foreign policy institutions. Prior to this role, Monika served as a project manager for EU and national funded projects at the Universitetet i Stavanger from February 2014 to September 2017, where responsibilities included project applications and reporting. Monika has also held project management positions at NorCore, bofrost, and Kreissparkasse Köln, showcasing strong expertise in project planning, risk management, and business development. Monika began their career with Kreissparkasse Köln in various roles, including trainee and retail banking specialist, and holds a degree in Diplomkauffrau from the University of Cologne, complemented by a DAAD scholarship at Penn State University.
