Thomas Roel Moen

Thomas Roel Moen is a Senior Human Resources Advisor with extensive experience in recruitment, organizational development, and leadership assessment. Currently at Utenriksdepartementet since September 2021, responsibilities include leadership selection, workplace psychological assessments, and procurement. Prior roles include serving in similar capacities at Departementenes sikkerhets- og serviceorganisasjon, Kommunal- og moderniseringsdepartementet, and Statsbygg, where significant contributions included the development and implementation of HR services and recruitment systems for various ministries.
