Torgeir Larsen

Torgeir Larsen is an accomplished diplomat and leader with extensive experience in international relations. Key roles include Secretary General and Deputy Secretary General at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ambassador. Torgeir also served as Director of the Private Office of the Secretary General at NATO and as Senior Advisor at Statoil. Previous positions encompass Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Chief of Staff at Utenriksdepartementet, as well as Editor at Dagbladet. Torgeir holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in International/Global Studies from the University of Oslo and a Master of Science (MSc) in Political Economy from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
