Lars Brogaard has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lars started their career in 1985 with Dansk Data Elektronik A/S, where they worked as a Freelance System- and Salgskonsulent until 1995. From 1985 to 1990, Lars worked as an Assistentelev, Teknisk og Økonomisk Forvaltning at Glostrup Kommune, before being promoted to the position of Assistent, Økonomisk Forvaltning from 1987 to 1990. Lars then took on the role of Gruppeleder, Kassererkontor/Betalingskontor from 1990 to 1995, and subsequently served as IT Drift og Udbudskonsulent from 1995 to 1999. In 1999, Lars joined KommuneKredit as a Leasingkonsulent - KommuneLeasing and worked in this position until 2006. Lars was then promoted to the role of Assistent Vice President, Kunderådgiver - KommuneLeasing from 2006 to 2009, and further advanced to Vice President / Senior Kunderådgiver - KommuneLeasing, the position they currently hold. In addition to their roles at KommuneKredit, Lars also worked as an Underviser - Den Kommunale Højskole from 2001 to 2003, providing teaching on leasing financing for indkøbere and others.

- In 1993, Lars completed a diploma in "Information og Service" at Danmarks Forvaltningshøjskole.
