Director, Customer Success - APAC at Komo

Louis Docherty has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

In 2015, Louis started working at Foodworks Supermarkets as a Supervisor, where they stayed until May 2020.

In 2016, Louis joined Kmart Australia Limited as a Customer Service Representative and worked there until July 2019.

In 2019, Louis had internships at Momentum Forum Events as a Special Events Intern and at Komo as a Marketing Intern.

In 2020, Louis took on multiple roles. Louis worked as a Social Media Marketing Internship at Ethos Fit from January to October. Louis also had a Marketing Internship at Pure + NOOD from January to December. Additionally, Louis started their own business called HalfSix Clothing, where they served as the Owner.

In the same year, Louis joined Woolworths Supermarkets as a Night Fill staff member from April to December. Later, they worked as a Freelance Marketing Consultant from April to October and as a Junior Marketer at Komo Digital from October to December.

Currently, Louis is employed at Komo Digital as a Customer Success Manager, a position they started in December 2020. Louis was promoted to the role of Head of Customer Success in July 2021.

Louis Docherty attended Curtin University from 2018 to 2021, where they pursued their undergraduate degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing.
