Arjun Varadkar

Arjun Varadkar started their work experience in 2010 at immixGroup as an Application Developer. Arjun designed, developed, and maintained a database and a multi-tiered J2EE application for the GAP project in Texas. Arjun also worked on developing Java programs for geographic data processing and SAS programs for species distribution and predictions. Arjun Varadkar processed and analyzed satellite images and developed a Web viewer of the GAP project using ArcGIS server.

In 2014, Arjun Varadkar joined CACI International Inc as a Software Engineer. Arjun led, designed, and developed projects such as Shipment 03/Closure, Route Planning, and Automated Word Area Design. Arjun Varadkar collected business requirements, wrote technical design documents, and set up application architecture. Arjun also developed PL/SQL (Stored Procedures) for extracting station/stop/package data and plan submission.

From 2016 to 2020, Arjun Varadkar worked at Leidos as a Software Engineer. Arjun designed, developed, troubleshooted, and debugged mission-critical software source code using Java and other modern software development languages and tools. Arjun Varadkar participated in the full software development lifecycle and worked within broadly defined parameters. Arjun utilized Agile development tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket/Git to manage work and collaborate with teams.

In 2020, Arjun Varadkar joined Komochi Technologies as a Senior Software Developer, and their work there is ongoing.

Arjun Varadkar pursued their education in computer science and engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur from 1996 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree. Later, from 2010 to 2013, they attended George Mason University, where they completed a Master of Science - MS program in Information Technology.
