Megan B. is an accomplished HR and operations leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Operations & People and Head of People & Culture at Komodo since March 2022, Megan previously managed HR functions as Group HR Manager at Drummond & Etheridge and was involved in HR services at Christchurch City Council. With a strong foundation in talent acquisition as Resource Manager at Starfish and a track record in recruitment at Fire and Emergency NZ, Megan has also held senior operational roles, including General Manager at Tranzit Group and Operations Manager at Brightshine Ltd. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Communication & Promotion from The University of Huddersfield and A-Levels in Accounting, Business Studies, and I.C.T from Our Lady's Grammar School.
