Ally Olney

Ally Olney has a diverse work experience in various companies. Ally worked as the Director, People Partners & Programs at Komodo Health, where they established and built a team focused on leadership coaching, compensation, and talent development programs. Prior to that, they served as the Head of People, US at Zip Co (formerly Quadpay), where they were a strategic business partner and executive coach. Ally also worked as a People Partner at Transfix and as a Graduate School Intern at Compass, where they were involved in onboarding, training, and culture initiatives. Additionally, Ally worked as a Talent Partner at Credit Karma, handling employee coaching, recruitment, and culture initiatives. Ally began their career at Yelp as an Account Executive, helping local business owners maximize their business through Yelp Ads.

Ally Olney holds a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and History from UC Santa Barbara.
