Heather Fralich has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 1993, they worked as an Operations Manager at Proxy Messaging Service until 1999. In 1999, they became a Global Logistics Coordinator at Varsity Logistics. From 2000 to 2004, Heather worked at Advent Software as a Team Lead/Business Analyst in Professional Services. Heather then moved up to roles such as Manager/Senior Manager in Services Planning & Operations & Advent University and later as Director of Client Solutions. In 2012, they became the Director of Business Operations, Professional Services at Advent Software. In 2015, they joined Castlight Health as the Director of Customer Support, eventually becoming the Senior Director of Customer Support & CX Business Operations. In 2019, Heather worked at Benchling as the Head of Customer Support/Training & Enablement/CX Leader and Head of Global Support Services. Currently, they work at Komodo Health as the Director of Support Engineering.
Heather Fralich completed their studies in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Connecticut College between 1990 and 1992. Heather did not receive a specific degree during this time.
