Lotem Aviv

Lotem Aviv is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience spanning various roles in human resources and recruitment within the technology sector. As the Talent Acquisition Lead at Komodor since October 2021, Lotem has contributed to the development of a unified Kubernetes platform. Previous experience includes a role as a lecturer at Jolt.io, focusing on talent acquisition training, and as a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner at Flywire, where responsibilities included collaborating with hiring managers for both global and local technical positions. Lotem also served as an HR & Recruitment Specialist at Simplee before its acquisition by Flywire, as well as holding positions at Cybellum, Atid Plus, Cyber-Jobs, and The Open University of Israel, developing skills in technical recruiting, HR operations, and employee experience. Lotem holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
