Marcella Amorim

Marcella Amorim has been working in the medical field since 2000. Marcella began their career as an Auxiliary and Technician of Nursing at the Irmandade Da Santa Casa De Misericordia De Sao Paulo. Marcella then moved to the Hospital Nove de Julho in 2002, where they worked as a Technician of Nursing in the Cardiovascular, Pediatric and General Intensive Care Units. In 2008, they became the Coordinator of Patient Management and Family Health at SOBRAMFA Sociedade Brasileira de Medicina de Família MEDLAR Medicina Familiar e Preventiva. After that, they worked as an Administrative Nurse at Ganep-Lar Grupo de Nutrição Humana in 2011, an Assistant Nurse at Lightskin Laser e Dermatologia in 2013, a Nurse at the Associação pró- Hope Apoio a Criança com Câncer in 2014, a Responsible Technical Nurse at CMGS Serviçoc Médicos Ltda in 2018 and an Enfermeira Coordenadora de unidade at GlobalMed Clínica Médica in 2019. Currently, they are the COO at Kompa Saúde.

Marcella Amorim has a background in nursing and healthcare management. Marcella completed a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM between 2004 and 2007. In 2019, they completed a postgraduate degree in Nursing from Centro Universitário São Camilo. Most recently, they completed a degree in Management in Nursing with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi in 2020.
