Aisuluu Omurbaeva

Aisuluu Omurbaeva is a seasoned professional in the banking sector, currently serving as a Business Analyst at Kompanion Bank since March 2022, where expertise includes analyzing complex business challenges and developing IT solutions for banking systems, particularly enhancing mobile banking applications. Previously held the position of Head of Project Management Department at an NGO from March 2021 to February 2022, managing social projects funded by major entities such as USAID and UNDP, while ensuring transparent communication with donors. Aisuluu also led diverse social IT initiatives at Socservice from June 2020 to March 2021, including a project for real-time monitoring of hospital bed availability during the pandemic. Earlier experience includes a role as a Researcher for the Asian Development Bank, focusing on STEM education in Kyrgyzstan.
