Aman Kalybekov started their work experience in 2015 as a Marketing Communication Manager at Agrolead Public Association. In 2017, they joined the National Energy Holding as a Press Public Relations Manager. In 2018, they moved to Kompanion Bank, where they held various roles including Head of Customer Experience and Design Department, Product Manager, Customer Experience Manager, Internal Communications, Head of Learning and Development, and PR. Aman is currently still working at Kompanion Bank as the Head of Customer Experience and Design Department.

Aman Kalybekov completed their education in Linguistics at Bishkek Humanities University from 2008 to 2012.
