Rully Syahrul Akbar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Rully began their career in 2014 at PT. Dexa Medica, where they served as a Junior Recruitment Officer and later transitioned into the role of Human Resources Business Partner. In 2016, Rully joined Kompas.com, where they initially served as an HR Business Partner before being promoted to Talent Acquisition Superintendent. Currently, they hold the position of Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager at Kompas.com. Rully's expertise lies in talent acquisition, HR business partnering, and recruitment.
