Katie Newton is a HR Generalist for Kompass Kapital Management. She brings over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Accounting, Recruiting and General Operations to the team. Katie thrives in a fast-paced industry, wearing many hats, and assisting with a variety of tasks to ensure all employees and clients are taken care of. Katie spends her free time with her husband Mike and daughter Evie cheering for the Jayhawks, Royals, and our Super Bowl LIV Champion Kansas City Chiefs.
