Seth Auld

Seth Auld is the Vice President of Portfolio Management & Investment Originations for Kompass Kapital Management. His role primarily focuses on sourcing, structuring, and assisting in the management of their private equity portfolio.

Seth brings 10 years of experience to the Kompass team. He has worked with several Fortune 500 companies across various industries including banking, consumer services, energy, and agribusiness. He most recently spent 5 years with a global agribusiness conglomerate working with senior leadership to build out their alternative investments portfolio, while also overseeing a number of projects focused on driving cost savings and efficiencies. Seth is a graduate of Kansas State University.
