Heather Baez

Heather Baez is a seasoned engineering professional with a robust background in mechanical design and product engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at Kondex Corporation since May 2019, Heather previously held the role of Product Engineer at Elkay Interior Systems, where collaboration with design and manufacturing teams was essential for creating market-ready seating and decor items. Prior to that, Heather was a Project Engineer at Kondex Corporation, providing comprehensive support for product design from concept through production. Earlier experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Marchant Schmidt Inc. involved designing custom line systems and enhancing existing designs, utilizing SolidWorks for modeling and documentation. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, earned in 2009.
