Caroline Simon Thomas

Caroline Simon Thomas is currently the Director of Modernisation at KONE BV, a position held since 2018. They previously served as Managing Director at KONE Deursystemen from 2015 to 2018 and held various roles at KONE, including Directeur Regio Randstad and Change Manager. With a background in econometrics from Universiteit van Amsterdam, where they earned their degree from 1984 to 1990, Caroline has a wealth of experience in sales operations and customer experience within the modernisation sector. Prior to their time at KONE, they were a Manager at Magnus Management Consultants from 1995 to 1999.
