Henri Hassinen

Henri Hassinen is an experienced consultant with a solid background in customer service and operational processes. Currently employed at Cubiq Analytics Oy since September 2018, Henri has progressed from Consultant Trainee to Junior Consultant and now Consultant. Previous experience includes a summer trainee role at Konecranes, where Henri adeptly handled customer reclamations and contributed to improving documentation processes through a bachelor thesis. Additional internships at Grover and BMC Software provided valuable operational and sales insights, while part-time roles at Securitas and Samaria Health Centre enhanced Henri's customer service and administrative skills. Henri is pursuing a Master of Science in Business Analytics at LUT University, building on a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.
