Raed Adlouni

Raed Adlouni is an accomplished leader in service operations and sales management, currently serving as the Head of Service Operations for KONE in the Western Region since June 2023, overseeing a team of 10 field service managers and 172 field technicians. Prior to KONE, Raed held significant roles at Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, where as Senior Field Service Manager, customer satisfaction improved substantially, and previously as Senior Channel Sales Manager, annual sales targets were successfully met across the Middle East and North Africa. Raed's earlier experience includes key positions at Tektronix, Sony Professional Solutions, Hewlett-Packard, and Etisalat, where a focus on business growth, channel management, and technical service delivery led to measurable successes. Raed holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Communications and Electronics from Beirut Arab University and completed secondary education at International College.
