Ricardo Castro

Ricardo Castro, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Key Account Management Operations at KONE, where responsibilities include leading the Key Account management team and ensuring fulfillment of contractual agreements while exceeding customer service expectations. Previously, as Vice President for the South Central Region at KONE, Ricardo led business initiatives across multiple states. Prior experience includes roles at Carrier Corporation as Director for the Southwest Region, where substantial growth and performance improvements were achieved in HVAC systems, and at OTIS, where leadership positions included Managing Director for Mexico & Central America and General Manager, overseeing significant business turnaround and expansion. Ricardo holds an MBA from Purdue University Daniels School of Business and an Associate Degree in Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
