Iiro Hakala

Iiro Hakala is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various roles primarily at Konecranes since September 2014. Currently serving as a Solution Architect for Product Documentation, Process Owner for Spare Part Documentation, and Product Digitalization Engineer, Iiro focuses on developing digital distribution channels for spare parts and enhancing end-to-end processes using agile methodologies. Additionally, as Concept Owner of the PLM, Iiro develops Konecranes' global Product Lifecycle Management Teamcenter system by gathering and analyzing business requirements. Previous experience includes positions at ABB, Wärtsilä, and Itella in areas such as process development, business process modeling, and documentation. Iiro holds a Master's degree in Industrial Management and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of Vaasa.
