Jackie Blackburn

Jackie Blackburn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical writing and internal communications across various industries. Currently serving as the Technical Documentation Manager at Konecranes since January 2024, Jackie leads a team focused on creating custom operation and maintenance manuals using DITA XML and Framemaker. Prior experience includes a tenure as the Internal Communications Leader at GE HealthCare, where responsibilities involved managing newsletters for large employee audiences and collaborating on internal communications strategies. Additional roles include Operations Manager and Technical Writer at GE HealthCare, and freelance voice-over talent.
