Melanie van Wijngaarden

Melanie Van Wijngaarden has a diverse and extensive work experience in various HR roles. Melanie worked as a VP HR at Konecranes, leading the HR department for their Port Solutions division. Prior to this, they served as an HR Director at the same company, focusing on Port Software Solutions. Before joining Konecranes, Melanie worked as an HR Manager at Emakina.NL, a digital agency, where they played a crucial role in the digital transformation of international brands. Melanie also gained experience as an HR Manager at Poptent, a video marketing services company, and at TamTam (now DEPT), one of the largest digital agencies in the Netherlands. Additionally, Melanie worked as an HR manager at Clarify, a European company, and Nike, where they were part of the HQ HR team. Melanie started their career at Randstad, where they specialized in recruiting secretarial and graduate positions.

Melanie Van Wijngaarden obtained a Master's degree in Commercial Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, completing their education between the years 1988 to 1994.
