Pleiades L. has extensive experience in human resources, having held various managerial roles in multiple regions throughout Asia. Currently serving as the Employee Experience APAC and People & Culture Manager at Konecranes since February 2014, Pleiades L. also previously held leadership positions such as Head of Human Resource for Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Taiwan, as well as Manager HR across several Southeast Asian countries. Prior to Konecranes, Pleiades L. worked at Dimension Data as Senior Executive Human Resources and held roles at Panasonic and Stahl, focusing on regional HR management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with double majors in International Business, Marketing, and HRM from the University of Tasmania, along with executive education in Mergers & Acquisitions from NUS Business School and additional training from CIM and AAT.
