Todd Robenson

Todd Robenson serves as the Senior Legal Counsel for Konecranes, overseeing legal matters for operations in North and South America since February 2011. Previously, Todd worked as an Attorney at Sebaly, Shillito + Dyer, managing corporate law issues from May 2005 to February 2011, and at Keating, Muething & Klekamp from January 2004 to April 2005, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and corporate governance. Todd holds an LL.M in Tax from Georgetown University Law Center, a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, and a B.S. in Public Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington.
