Fernando Osornio

Fernando Osornio is a seasoned user researcher currently serving as the Lead User Research at Konfío since October 2025. Prior to this role, Fernando worked as a UX Researcher at Tala from May 2023 to October 2025 and co-led UX research at Sperientia: [studio+lab]® from January 2022 to May 2023, where Fernando also contributed as a UX Researcher. Earlier in the career, Fernando served as an Ayudante de Investigación at the Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Médicas y Nutrición Salvador Zubirán, focusing on neurociences. Fernando holds a Master’s degree in Design and Strategic Innovation from IBERO Puebla, which is expected to be completed in 2025, and a degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, completed in 2020. Additionally, Fernando is pursuing further studies at the University of Twente.
