Jorge Hernández Zepeda

Jorge Hernández Zepeda has a diverse work experience. Jorge currently holds the position of Sr. Director of Product at Konfío since June 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Sr. Product Manager at Konfío from July 2021 to August 2023. Jorge also served as the Transactions Lead from January 2020 to July 2021 and as an Associate Product Manager from July 2019 to January 2020.

Before joining Konfío, Jorge worked at BBVA Bancomer in the MBA program - Experiencia del cliente - CEO office from June 2018 to September 2018. Jorge also has experience as a Gerente de operaciones y compras at Gráfica Espectaculares S.A. de C.V from July 2016 to August 2017 and as a Consultor de procesos at Ideea Consultores from December 2013 to July 2016.

Jorge began their career as a Relaciones públicas at Universidad Panamericana campus Aguascalientes from August 2012 to December 2013.

Jorge Hernández Zepeda completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from IPADE Business School between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a specialization in Operations Management from Universidad Panamericana from 2015 to 2016. Jorge also holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the same university, completed from 2011 to 2015. Jorge has additional certifications including TOEIC, obtained in May 2015, and an Auditor certification within the ISO TS 16949:2009 standard.
