Jay Howard

Jay Howard has a strong background in sales recruiting and executive recruiting. Jay started their career at The Encompass Group as an Executive Recruiter for Sales, where they worked from an unspecified date in 2011 until September 2016. Then, at CareerBuilder, they worked as an Enterprise Account Executive focusing on Recruiting Process Consulting, from September 2016 to September 2018. Following that, they joined Flywheel Search Group as an Advisor in September 2018. Currently, they are the Manager of Global Sales Recruiting at Kong Inc., a position they have held since April 2019.
