Macarena D'Amico

Macarena D'Amico began their work experience in 2010 as a Cajera at Bapro Medios de Pago S.A. Macarena then worked as an Administrative role at Vanguard Logistics Services from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Senior Consultant at Paradigma, where they worked on projects related to implementing a management solution for the company's distributors. In 2016, they had an international experience through Working Holiday New Zealand.

Starting in 2018, Macarena joined Danone Argentina, where they held various roles including HR Business Partner Integrator, HRBP Marketing, HRBP & Change Management Analyst, and HRBP Sales, Marketing & R&I. Their responsibilities included supporting different business departments, managing change, and implementing HR strategies. Their most recent position was at Winclap as the People Development Manager since May 2022.

Macarena D'Amico completed their education beginning in 2004 at Colegio San Martín, where they obtained a Bachiller degree in Economics and Organizational Management. Macarena then went on to attend the University of Buenos Aires from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a degree in Administration.
