Leandro Dolenc, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Leandro also focuses on developing a pipeline for fintechs, OpenBanking, retail, telcos, and e-insurance.

Prior to their current role, Leandro worked at Singlestore as a Sales Partner, where they employed customized procedures with big data and AIML learning platforms to generate meaningful insights and drive improvements.

Leandro was also the Regional Sales Manager LATAM at VidScale, where they established a solid sales pipeline in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina and collaborated with service providers to provide streaming services to broadcasters in LATAM.

At Conviva, Leandro served as the Regional Sales Manager, developing partnerships with tier 1 broadcasters and service providers throughout Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentine, and Colombia. Leandro devised sustainable solutions to complex technical and customer support challenges to help clients compete with Netflix.

Leandro has also worked at Axway as a Country Manager, focusing on the financial services market and forming strategic business relationships with key decision-makers. Leandro developed partnership programs with several companies, including CSC, Accenture, and Foursys.

As the Co-Founder of eCommunication, Leandro steered the direction of all top account mission-critical business objectives and spearheaded international business development efforts. Leandro also governed major account transformation projects and conducted in-depth analysis for sales and customer success enhancement.

In their earlier career, Leandro worked at Thomson Reuters as a Solutions Director, focused on TIBCO integration projects and Risk systems. Leandro also served as the VP Latam at Amdocs, where they managed sales, consulting, customer success activities, channel development, and marketing.

Leandro's work experience also includes roles at PwC Brasil as the Financial Services Director, working in Brazil, Chile, and Argentina, and at Microsoft as a Sales Manager, responsible for managing corporate accounts and partners in S\u00e3o Paulo and the southern region of Brazil.

That same year, they also attended the University of Michigan's Executive Education Center, where they studied Leadership Competencies. In 2005, Leandro pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Toronto-Rotman School of Management, finalizing a program initiated by BSP São Paulo.

Additionally, they have been involved in the field of computer science, completing a post-graduation program in Computer Science at Universidade Estadual de Campinas.

In terms of continuous education, Leandro completed two separate MBA programs at Columbia Business School. In 2018-2019, they focused on Digital Business Strategy, and in 2019, they specialized in Digital Marketing Strategies at Kellogg Executive Education.
