Shrikanth R. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Shrikanth started their career as a Sports Officer and later served as the Director of Academic, Research, and Culture at the NUS Graduate Students' Society. In 2010, they interned in Mobile Application Development at Catena Technologies.

Moving on to their professional career, Shrikanth worked at Catena Technologies as a Solutions Consultant, where they managed and maintained a global middleware estate and provided production support to application teams. Shrikanth also worked as a Senior Consultant in the Middleware division, collaborating with Solace Professional Services to assist customers in using and optimizing the Solace PubSub+ event mesh platform. In this role, they developed an intelligent tool to automate the identification of audit and compliance breaches, facilitated the adoption of Solace technology in greenfield projects, and delivered training sessions to customers.

From 2015 to 2021, Shrikanth worked at Solace as an Architect in Professional Services and later as a Senior Consultant. In these roles, they designed and delivered technical engagements, mentored application teams, and configured and deployed Solace products for customers. Additionally, they played a crucial role in the adoption of Solace Systems as the middleware platform for a leading Australian investment bank's IT systems. Shrikanth also lectured on messaging patterns and paradigms, conducted process reviews, and proposed improvements for increased efficiency and adaptability.

Shrikanth'smost recent position is Manager of Customer Experience, Asia at Kong Inc., a role they started in 2022. Overall, Shrikanth has demonstrated expertise in middleware solutions, customer support, technical leadership, and process improvement throughout their career.

Shrikanth R. pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from SRM University, which they completed from 2005 to 2009. Subsequently, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore, where they studied from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Shrikanth R. has obtained several certifications. In 2008, they achieved the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification from Cisco. In 2015, they obtained an edX Verified Certificate for MITx: Introduction to Computer Science and Programming Using Python from MITx on edX. In 2017, they acquired the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In 2021, they became a Solace Certified Solutions Consultant and earned the CKAD: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer certification from The Linux Foundation. Lastly, in 2022, they obtained the Kong Gateway Certified Associate certification from Kong Inc.
