Bob Riedford

Bob Riedford is the current President of Powertrain & Chassis Products at Kongsberg Automotive. Bob has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, holding various positions in engineering, sales, marketing, portfolio management, operations, and general management. Prior to their current position, Riedford was the President of Buehler Motor, Inc., the North American subsidiary of Buehler Motor, GmbH. Bob was responsible for all aspects of business including R&D, purchasing, sales/marketing, finance/accounting, operations, quality, and after service.

Riedford has also held the position of Sales Manager for Commercial Vehicles at Delphi from January 1999 to December 2004. In this role, they were responsible for managing the sales team and developing relationships with key customers.

Riedford Management, Inc. was founded in 2012 to assist companies of all sizes manage various business needs. The company provides services in business strategy, turn around management, raising capital for startups or growth initiatives, organizational structure improvements, inventory & cash management, localization of procurement in North America, implementation of TQS, and lean production methodology.

Bob Riedford has a degree in electrical engineering with an emphasis in electronics. Bob is a member of several professional organizations including the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE).

Bob Riedford has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Evansville.
