Emmanuel Defrance

Emmanuel Defrance has a diverse work experience, primarily in the automotive industry. Emmanuel started their career at Faurecia Automotive Seating as a D&E Product Engineer, where they worked on design projects for European Honda Accord models. Emmanuel later became a D&E Product Manager, overseeing a team of 14 designers and managing prototype launches and validations. In 2004, Emmanuel joined Kongsberg Automotive as a Supplier Quality (SQA) Engineer, responsible for setting up the SQ team and developing SQA processes. Emmanuel then progressed through various roles, including Europe Supplier Quality Manager, R&D Centre Region Manager, and Production Manager, before assuming their current position as Quality Director for Flow Control Systems. Throughout their career, Emmanuel has gained experience in quality management, project management, technical management, and production management.

Emmanuel Defrance completed their education from 1991 to 1996 at UTBM, earning a degree in Engineering with a specialization in the design of mechanical systems.
