Jonathan Parsons

Jonathan Parsons has extensive work experience in human resources and people management. Jonathan is currently working at Kongsberg Automotive as the Vice President of People and Culture for Drive Control Systems. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for Powertrain and Chassis at the same company. Before joining Kongsberg Automotive, Jonathan worked at Hitachi Rail as the Vice President of HR for the EMEA region. Jonathan also served as the Human Resources Director at Triumph Motorcycles Limited and as the Head of Human Resources at INFINITI Motor Company. Earlier in their career, Jonathan worked as the HR Director at Cosworth, the UK HR Leader at GE, and the Head of HR for the UK and South Africa at Kearney. Jonathan started their HR career as an HR Manager at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership.

Jonathan Parsons has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Plymouth, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. Jonathan also holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Management with a specialization in Organizational Leadership from Hult Ashridge, which they completed from 2019 to 2021.
