Jorge Siller

Jorge Siller is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and process quality. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Kongsberg Automotive North America since April 2019, Jorge specializes in bending, oven, and assembly processes, focusing on engineering changes, prototypes, and new part development. Previously, Jorge worked as a Process Quality Engineer at Mercedes-Benz Autobuses, where responsibilities included project administration and managing problem-solving processes. At John Deere, Jorge contributed as a Manufacturing Engineer in fabrication projects and as an intern, where skills in welding line production and lean methodologies were developed. Jorge holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Universidad del Valle de México, earned in 2015.
