Mikael Stadin

Mikael Stadin has extensive experience in IT management and system architecture, currently serving as the IS&T Application Delivery Group Manager at Kongsberg Automotive since December 2011, where responsibilities include managing Microsoft product support and security policy implementation. Prior to this role, Mikael was the IS&T Technical Lead for SAP PLM hardware architecture at Kongsberg Automotive, focusing on the support and implementation of the SAP PLM system. Mikael also held the position of IT Operation Manager at Nova Software AB, overseeing operational stability and performance for a major student administration system. Earlier roles include serving as IS&T Team Leader for Sweden at Kongsberg Automotive, where Mikael managed infrastructure projects and corporate migration initiatives, and as an IT System Technician at both Skaraborgs Sjukhus and Kongsberg Automotive, where foundational IT skills were developed.
