Waldo Rodríguez has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Waldo started their career in 1998 at General Electric, where they held positions of increasing responsibility, including Global Supply Chain General Manager. Waldo then worked at Cooper Tools de Mexico as a General Manager, where they successfully reversed a declining sales trend and achieved growth and increased participation in retail channels. Waldo later joined Nordson Corporation, Mexico as a General Manager, where they developed and implemented business strategies for product lines. After that, they served as the Director of Operations at Dana Holding Corporation, overseeing strategic goals and operational priorities. Waldo then became the Plant General Manager at Lennox International and the NA Regional Manager at Aptiv. Most recently, they worked as the General Manager at Martinrea International, leading a Tier 1 facility with responsibilities for safety, quality, production, maintenance, and other production-based activities. Currently, they serve as the Director of Operations FCS Americas at Kongsberg Automotive. Throughout their career, Waldo Rodríguez has demonstrated expertise in operational excellence, revenue growth, risk reduction, and strategic leadership.
Waldo Rodríguez earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Celaya from 1988 to 1991. Waldo then pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 1994 to 1997. In 2015, Waldo enrolled in the Universidad Americana del Noreste, where they completed a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2015 to 2017.
