Kjersti Engen

Kjersti Engen is an experienced project engineer at KONGSBERG since August 2020, with a diverse background in sales, marketing, and technical communication. Prior to this role, Kjersti served as the Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Lampeland Hotell AS, and as Manager of Product Information Norway at Semcon, where product development was centered around human needs. Kjersti's earlier tenure includes a significant period as Managing Director at ID Kongsberg, focusing on technical documentation for various industries, as well as roles as an illustrator and head of the design department. Kjersti began the professional journey as a process engineer at Volvo Aero Norge, handling technical assistance for jet engine component production. Educational qualifications include a degree from BI Norwegian Business School and engineering studies in machinery and operational technology at Gjøvik University College.
