Markku Korhonen

Markku Korhonen is an experienced professional in the defense industry, currently serving as the Managing Director at Kongsberg Defence Oy since January 2010, with prior roles including Site & Operations Manager for Air Defence and Project Manager. Before joining Kongsberg, Markku held several key positions at Patria Land & Armament Oy from May 2002 to January 2010, culminating as Vice President of Project Management. Earlier in Markku's career, positions at the Finnish Defence Forces included Staff Officer, Training Officer, and Instructor from August 1990 to May 2002. Markku's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Tampere University of Applied Sciences and a Certified PMO Manager qualification.
