Brandy Fay has extensive experience in IT support and project implementation, currently serving as the SSA Master Scheduling Team KTS Lead at Koniag Government Services since October 2014. In this role, Brandy facilitates communication and documentation for DBOPC leave requests and monthly technical progress reports. Previous positions include roles in the SSA National Call Center, where Brandy managed incident documentation and problem resolution across various systems. Brandy’s background also includes desktop support and systems administration for organizations such as HCL America and Paragon Commercial Bank, along with significant experience at Coastal Federal Credit Union as a Senior Systems Operations Specialist.
