Joanie Barr

Joanie Barr serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Operations at Koniag Government Services since March 2025, focusing on enhancing departmental communications and overseeing Marketing and Communications. Barr has an extensive background in the fitness industry, working as a Group Fitness Instructor at LA Fitness and Gold's Gym since 2010 and 1994, respectively. Previously, Barr held the position of Chief Technology Officer at IntelliBridge from August 2018 to February 2025, overseeing corporate technology strategy and infrastructure. From March 2011 to August 2018, Barr served as Vice President and Group Manager for the Federal Health Division at ASRC Federal, managing key client engagements. Additional roles include Vice President at MORI Associates and ManTech MBI, Inc., with strategic leadership in health solutions and program management. Barr also has industry leadership experience with the ACT-IAC Voyagers program and the National Association of Minority Government Contractors. Barr graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from West Virginia University.
